Primare has several levels of HiFi components. There's the entry level compact format 15 series components comprising of integrated amplifier, the I15, and two full-size integrated amplifiers, the I25 and I35. All are available with Prisma, Primare's new multi-room / multi-zone streaming technology with built-in Chromecast®, Airplay®, and Spotify Connect®. A new App works on both IOS and Android platforms that puts you in control and the system is open ended to allow for upgrades as digital streaming services evolve.

Primare's NP5 Network Player is an affordable way to add streaming functionality to any system that already has a DAC or digital inputs.

While the I15 is a relaxed sounding compact lifestyle products the two full size integrated amplifiers add extra resolution and air for audiophiles requiring high end performance. The new I25 and I35 integrated amplifiers come in three versions; amp only, amp with DAC, or amp with DAC and Prisma Streaming. They feature Primare's new UFPD 2 power amplification modules and premium 32-bit DAC technology.

Primare has been developing their own class D category amplification since the DVDI10 was launched almost 10 years ago. The Ultra Fast Power Device technology is essentially all-analog and thus is on a difference branch than conventional switching class D amplifiers.

Amplifiers use feedback, local and global, to lower distortion and non-linearity between output and input - but this varies with different levels of gain and frequency and is one reason why sound different from each other.

UFPD 2 keeps loop gain constant across the audio band resulting in superbly linear amplification which translates into lifelike, tonally rich three-dimensional sound. Completely different from the clinically clean, flat and boring neutrality(which varied by different loads presented from one loudspeaker brand to another) exhibited by early generation, and some current, class D amplifiers.

For the new third generation UFPD 2 based amplifiers, Primare has developed APFC (Active Power Correction Conversion) power supplies consisting of dual 180 degrees out of phase PFC converters. These reduce the interference to other components sharing the same power source. Many class D amplifiers will contaminate the power line with current harmonics spoiling the performance of source components plugged into the same power line. APFC is also more efficient delivering more power to the UFPD 2 amplifier modules and minimizes stress within the power supply circuits for prolonged life.

The new Primare I25 and I35 integrated amplifiers with the optional DAC board use a premium 32-bit AKM wide dynamic range chip that allows potential future software upgrades for higher sampling rate PCM/DSD. Primare has always sought to include upgradeabilty with their products. You can buy the basic amplifier and add the DAC board and streaming functions later. Firmware updates are easy via ethernet connection.

Primare has updated its highly regarded CD32 CD player with the new CD35 CD player which is available with or without the Prisma model. This gives a path to Prisma technology for current Primare amplifier owners.

All Primare components benefit from carefully laid out internal topography so control circuits are isolated from sensitive audio signal paths.

All Primare components have a low power consumption standby mode, and are supplied with a detachable IEC cord and full remote control. Available in titanium or black.
